Event Description:
New Members can get started with this Orientation 
 
New members are required to attend this Member Orientation when they first join up to help get them acclimated to the rules and the environment at the Makerspace. Class is planned for 1 hour, but can take up to 2 hours depending on how many people attend. 
 
In these orientations we will cover: 
A tour and overview of the Makerspace 
Overview of the major tools & equipment 
General safety procedures & location of safety equipment 
The Rules: our Code of Conduct 
A chance to get your questions about the space answered
